My initial goal in joining a gym was to learn physical skills regarding martial arts. Joining integr8 has taught me this but in addition has taught me valuable lessons that I can apply to my life. The owners of the gym treat each individual like they are apart of a family, going above and beyond what I expected when joining. The gym has a culture of individuals trying to chase their goals, and the environment of likeminded people and intuitive and encouraging staff allows these individuals to strive.

I think what makes this place special is that it is family owned and operated. It’s the small details that make this martial arts gym the best around. Anyone will feel comfortable here… from a first timer all the way up to a professional fighter.Dom and Phil are who I have had the most interaction with, and they couldn’t be more professional and caring.Thank you Intergr8 for making me a better person through martial arts!

So happy to have this amazing facility just 30 seconds away from our clinic.The intergr8 team do everything with care… From teaching kids karate, to young adults looking to fight professionally.This gym has everything needed to take you on your martial arts journey.Dom has created the best system of kids Karate we have ever seen. And on any given day you could see Dom or one of his 3 kids teaching it.5 stars all round!

Best gym in Melbourne! Facilities are extremely hygienic and are regularly clean and sanitised. The staff are also very friendly and professional and they helped me achieve my goals. Would give more stars if I could.

Great facilities, love the environment and people there. Martial arts and gym training has definitely helped and is a great thing to do to keep active while also learning various new things and having a fun time. Would 100% recommend Intergr8 to anyone looking for a new hobby or just help in fitness overall. Everyone there is extremely helpful and kind, you can never feel left out. Be sure to check it out!

The way this gym is run is the best I have ever experienced. You are instantly welcomed into a group of individuals that push you to better yourself both in the gym and outside in your everyday life.
