Overall good experience with the blinds to be installed in a rental property. Provided a quick quote and returned my calls unlike another company who never rung back. Measured, delivered and installed all on time. Happy with the result

Tip Top Blinds
Unfortunately, we had a poor experience with TipTop Blinds this time. We had a good experience with them several years ago for our other property so we went with them again for another home. Unfortunately, someone in their team made a mistake which left us with this gap shown on the photo. We could have been okay with that error if only we received a sincere apology. Instead of an apology, what we got was a front seat to the blaming show among their team members; they involved us in this circus of throwing each other under the bus. As a result, we experienced rudeness and arrogance from certain staff members. When we sit on this corner of our home, we remember the lies they spoke to cover themselves, and the rudeness of particular staff. We hope their other clients won’t experience what we did.

Tip Top Blinds
Sam and the team were extremely responsive from the start. We purchased sheer and blockout blinds for the whole house as well as a huge roof mounted retractable awning. Everything has been installed professionally and at very reasonable prices. We had a few little things needing attention with the awning and the team addressed them straight away. 100% recommend.

Tip Top Blinds
Jason did a cut-down job of a large (and unwieldy) roller blind installed by the builder (not Tip Top Blinds) when our house was built 2 years ago. He came back 2 days later with the finished product, installed, tested and working perfectly. The quality of work is far and beyond the quality of the builder's range and installation. The price was incredibly competetive also.I've also seen their work in other houses I've visited, hence why they came highly recommended!

Two bad experiences with TipTip.At our rented apartment, the blinds were installed at an incline, the blinds kept scratching the wall and the started to thread out.At our new apartment, we had a strict deadline and I was very clear about it. Sam from Tip top promised to deliver within that time, but that never happened. First Stacey booked a date for us, and the blinds were never delivered. Then Sam booked another date 5 days later - again the blinds were never delivered. Sam and Stacey were very irresponsible, they didn't even bother contacting us to explain why the blinds were not delivered on time. We had to chase them, we called, left messages and emails. Eventually I decided to not use their services any more. I've been chasing them to get a refund and they have gone unresponsive.Unprofessional installation of blinds, unresponsive to paying customers and irresponsible. I would never recommend them after these two bad experiences.

We have just renovated our house. We got quotes from 3 different blind companies and found Tip Top to be the most reasonable. They sent out a sales rep (Edward) to advise on blind/curtain options, colours and pricing. He was truly amazing and helped us make decisions in what can be a daunting process. We were promised the blinds will be installed on the first day back to work in 2022, and they arrived on time as promised. The installers were courteous, professional and most important, left no mess! The service was absolutely awesome and we heard from head office numerous times with updates. I would highly recommend using Tip Top Blinds!
