This place used to be great when they first opened here but unfortunately it has gone downhill in terms of quality and value for money I feel since they franchised out to other areas and whoever is running this place has lost the quality and careThe days of the awesome crispy chips that made them unique are goneThe burgers we got had flat squashed buns that looked like plastic and the meat patty is half the thickness of what is used to be.Ingredients looked like they slapped together with no care despite the cost of these burgersOh and it’s also over cooked and dried outMaccas slap a better burger together these days.Looking at other reviews the unprofessional nature of responses from this place blaming customers is a sign of a poorly run business

Burger looks ok. Chips look really small for price charged. Was meant to be $6.95 free delivery but was charged. Not an issue, just a statement.Had to phone to check on order as no indication when ordering of when it would be delivered. Ordered 5.02pm delivered 6.02pm.New driver was very personable and trying his best in an area he doesn’t know.

Have been here 4 times since it originally opened. The first time, the burgers were amazing, but the 3 times I've returned since, they're very average, or below sadly. Seems like they've given up putting effort in, or settled for lower quality ingredients. Wouldn't care too much if the burgers were average IF they charged average prices for them, but you're paying fine dining prices here, for essentially what just is a standard take-away Burger. Went there with a mate a few weeks back. Ended up forking out $58 for 2 burgers and loaded fries... and the burgers were smaller than usual too?Plus they don't seem to reduce the prices if you just get a Burger (or ask for just the Burger, not with a combo deal) they just keep the price the same. Such a shame too, because the first burgers I'd eaten here were great, but they've just gone downhill ever since.2.5 / 5 ⭐️

Really disappointed in our meals the last few times we've ordered. We used to love their burgers but have noticed a significant decline in quality and taste in recent months. Tonight our order, which was simply two chicken burgers with a few add ons and a side of onion rings was atrocious. One burger was missing the fried chicken... it was literally a bun with cheese and bacon, and the bacon didnt even look like it had been cooked. The second burger was cold, and the onion rings were soggy and cold. Extremely disappointing. I am only giving 2 stars as when I called to complain about the burger missing a key ingredient, they agreed to organise a refund of that burger with minimal fuss, which I guess is one positive in regards to their service.

Overall the food was good. The issue I had was the price. For example a couple or eating by yourself wouldn't be so bad but for a family of 4. go to kfc better bang for your buck..

Burgers are pretty nice, got a chicken dirty fries which did taste awesome but they had no cutlery so we had to eat it with our fingers which was a bit gross..Milk shakes are really goodIf I could give some constructive criticism, our burgers sat ready on the counter whilst we stood there watching one of the employees make our milkshakes and I can’t believe how slowly he moved. Our burgers sat there for nearly 10 minutes so they weren’t hot anymore… just give us the burgers and bring the shakes out when they’re ready.

Great chicken mayo and lettuce burger and really good chocolate Thickshake( with a big straw).Delivered on time as requested in insulated bags to maintain the heat and coldness of the food items.ThanksI'll be backPs: I didn't think of taking pics of it. As it needed to be eaten ASAP
