Makes sure you get xpo to show you samples of the work before you pay them .Once they have your money the customer service is shocking.After admitting they were at fault and had ruined 15 shirts they thought giving 2 hats and saying next time they will get it right was good enough.Make sure you double check everything with them before paying don't end up like a lot of other people that have been burnt by XPO Promotions .

Have to say these guys go the extra mile to help and meet deadlines.On top of that great productthe embroidery is perfect.Would highly recommend these guys to take care of your embroidery & Promo needs.

I have used XPO on and off over the past 4 1/2 years. Having experimented with a few different chinese based options, I always come back to the team at XPO for that peace of mind. Jackie and Tony have always gone that extra to cater to my needs, they have assisted me in defining my need and tailoring the right promotional solution for our organisation. I would highly recommend XPO for your next promotional marketing campaign. We have had shirts, pens, stickers, signs done, looking forward to seeing what else we can get done soon.

I ordered 2 work shirts and had them enbroided. I paid the full amount up front. When i went to pick up my order they told me that i owe them more money because they made a mistake and undercharged me. They wont give me a refund or give we my shirts untill i pay them more money. What a scam

Now this place is a joke the owner has a terrible attitude towards his clients.First of all this place use to be called xpo but looks like they have changed there name to embroidery for you. due to reviews how bad they are.Walked in today to get some shirts done for work.First of all the customer service is that bad that I haven’t seen it any where like that in my life.just how rude these people are towards there clients.I have Read all of there reviews on xpo and most of them are poor customer service and people not happy with the outcome of there shirtsThe owner wanted me to pay for my goods up front and I said I would rather pay on pick up once I’m happy with the work.He throws his invoice book and in a yelling voice says ( im not doing it )Then iv asked why don’t you want to do itAll he said was GET OUT NOWSo my question is to embroidery for you isWhy don’t people pay for rest of there shirts is it the customer service or is it the poor quality you proved to your clientsI would not recommend this place even to my biggest enemy please read there reviews on xpo before coming to this place
