Very poor fan experience - do not roll up to the ticket box early hoping to secure tix with a bunch of excited, young (former) basketball fans - as you will be told by attendant you should have booked online and paid an exhorbitant booking fee to secure seats as this hisense arena stadium can only accomodate season members and a few extras" ☹...ta for wasting all of our collective times - NRL across the road will get our monies in future!"

Ordered a Custom Sydney Kings Jersy on the 23rd February for my 7yr son. STILL DON'T HAVE IT!I brought Premium seats 3 game membership, which is now over!NBL I've followed up numerous times however NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A JERSEY FROM NBL STORE!.WHEN YOU CALL THERES A VOICE MESSAGE STATING YOUVE CALLED OUT OF HOURS EVEN WHEN YOU CALL DURING BUSINESS HOURS!!!!!
