Came to buy a piece of cake, but looking at the variety of cakes I end up buying 2 full cakes. Good work staff very friendly and helpful.

LCakes have been terrible from here every time, when I first came here I ordered my favourite. We ate a total of 2 slices because it didn’t taste right. gave them a second chance and ordered my daughters birthday cake which was lopsided and uneven; looked extremely tacky especially for $70 but tasted okay so I didn’t complain. Last straw of why I’ll never go back is I had a hair and dust on my cake before I had opened the plastic packaging and when I called up to let them know the lady was extremely rude and abusive. Never even received an apology or acknowledgement of the issue. Trash cakes & trash service.

Disgusting behaviour and attitude from the staff. Second time I have experienced this.First time l walked out, went bought a cake from the Campbelltown store excellent customer service. Second time I was in a rush so I really had no choice but to go to this store and thought maybe someone else would be working there but no same rude lady. Absolutely will not be going back to this store and I will be reporting the whole matter to higher people in charge.

They don't sell things that other stores do. I honestly don't like this shop everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Rude and arrogant Store Manager specifically, other staff are great!Customer service from the Store Manager was pathetic, she was a noxious and rude…. If this is the calibre of the manager then am sad for the staff. Immediate actions must be taken to help staff and customers have a pleasant experience, altogether. If they can’t be kind and respectful then they don’t belong in the service industry, period!

Bought a Vegan cake. Lady was very nice and explained me the process how vegan cake are made. A bit expensive but did the job

Went to buy a cake today, and she picked up a cake from display and told me that it was fresh, but it was made early in the morningWorst customer service ever

I ordered birthday cake for my 4th birthday daughter. When I picked up I saw picture in the wall about chocolate plaque and point the picture to the staff if it is possible to make it for me. And the staff say the price is $6 and I say yes to her.In a while, the other staff come back show me the writing not in the chocolate plaque, but instead the staff write in the top of the cake, and still cost me for $6. I am not happy, and the other lady, I think the owner say if you want chocolate plaque cost for $6 and for write cost for $3, total for $9. The staff who serve me didn't mention the cost is $9.I am so disappointed because this cake is for my daughter birthday and to write $6 on the top of the cake is to much.After all, I still pay for $6 for writing Happy Birthday on the top of the cake. But trust me this is my last time to buy the cake from your store.
