Romeo went above and beyond to frame my photo of 2 little girls that was in a 100 yr old frame that was damaged. So impressed with the result. Highly recommend. An unreserved 5 out of 5 for Ivanhoe Picture Framing. After an unfortunate customer service experience at a local (Heidelberg West) framing company, I bit the bullet and headed to what I assumed would be a more expensive option at Ivanhoe...and that's where I had my cost-to-location presumptions shattered.The two prints (30 x 40 and 60 x 60) prints and one (60 x 60) painting (all authentic Aboriginal art) in need of framing were handled with amazing care, and the quote was NO MORE than that I had anticipated from receiving elsewhere.The professionalism? Without fault! So much so that after a thorough inspection of the painting, which is done on a board medium, the owner requested a sample of the medium in order to test adhesive prior to mounting and framing. This attention to detail is what's needed when it comes to entrusting your artwork to a third-party.My experience with Ivanhoe Picture Framing is such that I have decided to entrust ALL framing for my Aboriginal art business to this single company. When you find the best, it's absurd to go elsewhere.
