Great͏ job in a declining marketOur͏ experience with R&W left us with a clear strategy on the sale of the property. They kept us informed every step of the way, and in a declining market were careful not to over-sell and over-promise, yet still worked hard for us to maximise the sale.

We first came into contact with Kai at R&W Mosman when we wanted to rent a property he was managing. The service we received (and continue to receive) has been second to none. Very professional, friendly and proactive. So good in fact that the decision was made to move the ongoing management of an investment property over to him. A decision we continue to be happy we made, particularly as they also handled the transition from the previous (unhelpful) agency with aplomb. I can't recommend them enough and think Kai particularly is in a great job for him; he has a very helpful and client focused approach.
