Federico was an amazing sales representative who was always attentive and helpful. He was quick to respond to questions and provided more than adequate information on the various cars available. Picking up the car was a pleasure and he made us feel very special just like the car.The Maserati Levante is a dream to drive. We are driving the car down to Victoria and then over to Tasmania for a three week drive around the country side.

Appalling service. Have been trying to reach parts for 4 business days now. Every time it either rings out or they come back and say everyone is busy. They take details back but no one bothers to call back. I have been trying yo reach them since last week Monday. 7 Days and not once have I been able to get someone to answer the phone. I then asked to speak with a manager to then be told He is also in a meeting. How can your staff always be busy or in a meeting? Receptionist Natalie isn't helpful either. Not the best look for Australia's most prestigious brand. Certainly not a good reflection and presence of the Ferrari Brand in Sydney specially Australia.

Was going around the place outside taking photos like a fanboy. Decided to enter and the receptionist greeted me with a smile and told me that a consultant will be with me shortly.Being completely gobsmacked about having the opportunity to come inside was still over me. In the time I was waiting for the consultant, they offered me any drink, coffee or even wine.I walked around the place taking photos and recording videos of my first ever encounter with supercars. Still in complete shock and amazementConsultant (guy) approached me with a smile and answered all my questions. Very nice guy.In conclusion, there was a wide range of cars there, customer support was non-rivaled and everything was on point.Would totally recommend the place.

As usual the service adviser Matthew and his team were helpful and the work was completed by the promised time. The new workshop setup is fabulous.
