Ordered kitchen, laundry and bathroom benchtops. Spent close to $9K The kitchen benchtop came in two peices. The join was so roughly cut, they had to putty the cracks. It looks terrible. I was happy to let that go. The recess for our cooktop was not correct. When they came out to remove the recess and replace with a thicker and longer recess, they cracked the benchtop, then hid it with tape. Now they aren't taking responsibilty. 3 months later and I'm still waiting. I've tried countless times to contact and work out a solution. Sick of getting the run around. Save your time and money. Look elsewhere.

The most terrible and unprofessional service I have ever received from a vendor.1) They promised to deliver in 10 working days but it took more than 15 working days to bring the stone after multiple follow-ups.2) The stone cut was incorrect so they had to bring it back to fix it.3) When they install the stone at the end, there is a gap between the stone and the side panel which their staff noticed at the time of installation but didn't do anything about it. When I raised the issue they put the ball in the cabinet maker court and said the template was wrong.4) Finally they tried to invoice us more than the initial amount, when we raised the issue they said it was a mistake and remove the additional charge.

We got a coffee table from the company and very happy with the high quality material and amazing look. Their marble types are by far the best and have plenty options for you to select. Customer service was extremely supportive and helpful that always quickly responses within 24 hour - that's really impressive! Highly recommended!
