The owner of this store is so rude very pushy. I brought 2 pairs of pants I wore one pair they were so uncomfortable so I tried to return the second pair I had still in it’s packet and had the receipt. The bloke refused tried to make up some bull story on why I could not return them would not recommend this store the bloke is and absolutely flop.

Unfortunately very rude service from male employee. Very pushy, unresponsive to questions and poor customer service while trying to find work boots. Said we can only try boots if we were going to buy them and did not assist with the trying on at all. Scoffed when I asked if we could try both boots on, as if trying one foot should be enough!

Arrogant and rude when trying to return a pair of unworn boots purchased as an unwanted gift. I will never go back there again extremely unhelpful

Poor customer service, limited assistance, didn't have what we wanted, which is OK, but was rude when we asked for other shops that might stock what we were after (not locals, so advice would have been handy).
