My Thai Shiatsu sessions with Jamie have allowed me to express my true self in a safe and nurturing environment. Ive had several Zen Thai sessions from Jamie and I felt I was in nuturing and skilled hands.I have also been in Contact improvisational and Somatic classes that she has facillitated and having studied and worked in the Arts and Embodied Therapies myself, it is clear Jamie has a natural and well developed capacity in this area .I am definetley booking in for an Aquatic Bodywork!
