Gelato Gelato

Great service with a smile, tasting on a metal spoon rather then a disposable one makes perfect sense then constantly throwing out wooden ones. The gelato was delicious, I have no doubt all the flavours would satisfy. A few flavours I haven't seen like hot cross bun (delicious) the salted caramel with almond praline + roasted coconut was my choice and It was a good one. Will definitely come back again. If the gelato is good I don't doubt the coffee delivers also.

Super nice and unique gelato flavor in the shop. Their coconut gelato is definitely the best. The coconut flavor not only perfect, but also have coconut to bite, good texture combination. The rest of flavors are also very good too. There are sitting inside the shop. Staff are friendly. Located in main road, very convenient. Lots of parking nearby.

Ok gelato not the best for me. The service is really zero and she didn't want to be there

excellent ice cream with plenty of flavours to choose from.also very friendly staff which helps a lot especially when you're faced with so many different choices and no where to start. perfect for the current summer weather. massive scoops. c'est magnifique!

Appalling service. Ordered two scoops of gelato and was given one full scoop and one quarter size scoop. I brought this to the attention of the male serving me, by asking if the second scoop was meant to be a full scoop. He appeared confused by my question (language barrier issue?) at which I had to repeat three times. I was just curious as to why I was served one scoop and one quarter size when I was paying for two scoops? I've ordered gelato many times before, elsewhere in Melbourne, and are familiar with serving sizes. Unfortunately, rather than acknowledge this, he passive-aggressively asked if I wanted more, and then sarcastically remarked, enjoy it" as he handed it to me. Perhaps some further training on customer service would go a long way in assisting this employee in acting more courteously towards customers in the future. I certainly won't be returning - service is everything."

A good selection of flavours, but not as many as some gelati stores.Prices are comparable to other stores.I had a coffee milkshake which was good but the coffee flavour wasn't as strong as I would like.

This is a literally jokeI tried the so called best gelato of“2017 and 2018” which was maple walnut and roasted coconut what I can say is that it was blander then my grandmother’s feet.I could not tell the difference between the flavours. My friend tried the chocolate mint which tasted like toothpaste,my other friend had pineapple sorbet and the only way I can describe the taste is metal.Not the best gelato I’ve ever had.

Better than most places in Melbourne. You can taste the real ingredients, adding texture to the super smooth gelato. The licorice is very moreish, pistachio fresh and nutty, and the coffee actually uses Allpress beans. If this place was in Melbourne, I'd be very fat. Scoops are very generous.
