Absolutely atrocious customer service.The young male staff have no interest in helping customers, rather just talking to each other.Were rude to a young mum who politely asked for assistance.

The male staff are so friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the female staff that were on duty today (04/01/2019) were: 1. RUDE! I was at the register paying for my items and could not get a smile off the lady and I stood there waiting to pay but because she did not notify me, I was standing there getting a look of judgement off of her. 2. The other two girls at the front of the store just stood there gossiping and looking at each other's nails standing in the way, hiding away from the senior worker. But when the senior of the store walked by they are so good at hiding that they are both bludging. I even had to apologise because I was in their way. JD Sports Penrith if you ever read this, you might want to talk to your female staff. I understand, I hate working too! But I do not embarrass any customers nor do I gossip in the middle of the working day.

tianna visual merchandiser speaks to staff in a non appropriate manner in front of customers , jd sports you really should teach your staff members to be nice to other team members especially in front of customers .. we won’t shop here again .

Really bad experience, I went in with my sister cause I needed new shoes, I’d seen a pair online that I couldn’t find in store, so I googled them, and one of the employees rudely asked me if I needed help and proceeded to check my phone and what I searching, he walked away before I could even respond and proceeded to ignore me, customer service is honestly the worse, get your shoes somewhere else

Good stock, but customer service there is absolutely useless. I was ignored by 5 other staff before some actually answered me. And even then, the answer was a shrug, then turned back to their mate who was there. There are atleast 10 other shoe shops, go there instead

Rude staff ignoring me so i picked up the shoe i was interested in buying walked up to a sales assistant. When i asked i would like to try a pair of these shoes he said just try that shoe on" pointing to the one shoe I grabbed of the shelf to show him. After that he quickly went over to some young guys in the store just to talk about their shoe collection and proceed to ignore me. That was enough rudeness put the shoe down and left the store."

Worst customer service it's nice to have young people working but at least teach them how to deal with customers . Not only one sales person Was bad but 4 of them .

This is my closest jd, I only go in there to physically see the stock then I order it online because the staff are so engaged in each others weekends and personal lives that they forget they’re working and getting paid, how funny! What a nice life to live and easy money to make! The first time I asked for a size for my partners shoes that I was planning to get him just because I wanted to do something nice I got ‘I don’t think we have that size’ where the employee walked off to continue her conversation where I then walked after her and asked ‘can you check to confirm?’ Where she then replied ‘uh.. okay..’ and ever so slowly like a sloth walks off.. by then I was like - this is a joke & promptly left the store. Now it’s a game when I walk in like which amazing employee am I going to get? Oh that’s right, there are none! :/

Like any other JD, located within Westfield Penrith which is one of the biggest Westfield in western Sydney and home to many big brands.You will always find something for you whenever you are happen to be there

Its my 1st time visit jd sport penrith store . Young lady make a face unable to help and not serve well and slam items in front of customers at the counter ! So RUDE NO respect !! Not going there anymore .
