When I was looking to purchase our first home I found Michael to be a great help. Without him I’m not sure that we could have done it. He kept us up to date as the house was being built. And we were even able to move in before the original date as the house was finished earlier than expected. Very polite, understanding and a true gentleman. Thanks again Michael.

We are extremely disappointed with the services provided by Stockdale & Leggo Pakenham for our investment property. Not only was the inspection done badly, but they also failed to identify and report on the significant damage caused by the tenant. They missed obvious signs of neglect and damage, which led to even more severe problems down the line. As a result, we were left with a hefty repair bill, a cleaning process, and a damaged rental property that was unfit for tenants. The lack of communication from the agency has also been frustrating. They have shown a complete lack of care and responsibility for their clients' investments, and their negligence has caused us significant financial loss and stress. We would not recommend them to anyone looking for property management services.

We are moving from Qld to Vic in a months time, without even being able to see the place in person, we were able to get a pre application in, and get a shortlisted viewing through a newly listed property! We cant thank them enough for their help with moving states and making finding a rental so incredibly easy!

Have been renting through stockdale and leggo for almost 5 years now and have just gotten another rental through them. The staff at SL Pakenham have been very helpful and supportive in helping my family secure another home.

If you are a renter avoid these guys. They will lie about the condition of the property, negotiate for compensation in bad faith (with no intention of following through) and they just stop emailing you back. I have been left with a range hood that is a fire hazard because of these people. Annette Smith is the name of the agent I dealt with and is the worst agent I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This is professionally cleaned"Edit: Received a call from the manager Michael this morninng to resolve the issue. He was great to deal with and actually listened to my complaint and we worked out a resolution."

We purchased a house back in 2018 with Amber, and found the whole process very easy and straight forward. As first home buyers we had alot of questions… a lot , and Amber was always able to answer truthfully and explain things to us as to what to expect in all stages of purchasing. She wasn’t pushy at all and had a nice approach in her sale, we found other agents would turn their nose at us because we were young first home buyers.
