11:11 Yoga is a sanctuary for the soul, a safe and nurturing space for you to embrace your natural movement and improve your range of motion and strength. I absolutely love my classes...the beautiful instructors connect with, encourage and challenge me to constantly improve my practice each time I enter their beautiful space. I could not recommend 11:11 Yoga more highly!
