Awesome caravan park with great hot showers.Kiosk has some basics bread milk etc. very close to the beach and the best coffee is served at the surf club across the road on the ocean. Great big park with basketball court opposite the caravan park. Only problem is Bagara do not have a taxi service or U we service so be prepared to have to drive where ever you need to go.

Lovely caravan park right at the beach. Lots of trees for shade and the amenities were spotless. I would have preferred a larger size to allow us to park beside our van.

Great location in Bargara. We had an unpowered site for our swag. Set outselves up right at the back but we were still close enough to amenities. Prices are a little high though given it’s just an unpowered site but you do have access to a camp kitchen, hot showers and other activities.

Stayed in Cabin 11 with 2A, 3C & 1baby. Not sure if we got the oldest but needs a big update. Tiny with no thought for design. Excess empty spaces in kitchen, not enough space for bags etc elsewhere, or hooks for bath towels, dining setting for 4, couch for 3 but supposedly 7 people can stay here?Bathroom was the size of an aeroplane washroom. Barely enough room to move around the beds, and had to squeeze the porta cot in between the bed/wall (a traditional porta cot wouldn’t have fit). Privacy screen between cabins would be good too. Service was pretty good when we had a busted toilet flush button. Procedures could use with an update, we had small issues (clock out of battery, lightbulb needing changing, a missing bowl) that would have been picked up with a decent house keeping checklist. Bunk bed ladder dodgy. Need better layout of communal rubbish bins, 10c recycling bins, way more recycling bins, and more bins in cabin to divide recycling etc. The location to the beach is great, the food van over Easter weekend looked so dodgy, I didn’t see anyone buying. I think this Big4 mosses the mark a little with wasted potential. Staff were lovely and the kids enjoyed the Easter egg hunt. Bikes are better here rather than scooters as not all the roads are paved (some gravel). Lack of a pool was also too great a sacrifice for us too. Loved Bargara and Elliott Heads.

Awesome caravan Park with great location to the beach and beautiful parks. Facilities are immaculate and have washing machine facilities as well. Will definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for a place to holiday with family or friends.

I stayed at an unpowered site, right down the back along the boundary fence adjoining the nature reserve. I wished for some privacy space that the powered sites do not have(packed like Sardines).$44 per night is excessive but the showers were incredible and daily closed for an hour or so to clean. The Camp Kitchen is great too with a large CTV attached to a wall.I chose a quiet location as I like to play some music at appropriate times.I have a Bluetooth speaker that is not overly loud.I was playing a bit of Rock music and I am partially deaf due to being 61 years old and worked previously in noisy jobs. There were no campers around me, except for a family tent camping about 50 metres away. I asked them if it was ok if I played music and if it was too loud then please let me know. They said, No problem.Around 5:30pm a Caretaker man appeared on a Golf Buggy and told me that people had made a complaint about the music being loud but I suspect it wasn't their choice of music. The complaint was from the powered sites which is at least 100 metres away. The Caretaker told me that I could play but turn it down. I just turned it off because I couldn't be bothered. Now! 5:30pm in the Arvo, just on darkness is a bit harsh in my opinion. The Bylaws state (Even the Big 4 rules) that no loud noise after 10pm.This Big 4 appears to be only interested with the many Grey Nomads in their expensive RV's or Jayco caravans ( probably most haven't seen a dirt road). I got nothing against the Grey Nomads as I am now in that category. But I thought if one goes on a holiday for some R&R then at least do not expect to have the same peace and quiet like home. All were mostly retired to bed by 8pm.Please Management, just re-name the Big 4 to Big 4 Baby Boomers only.Cheers.Russ.

Stunning location and honestly the best camping we have come across in Australia so far. Ample space for unpowered camping, exceptional service from the Big 4 team and excellent facilities. Will definitely be staying here again. THANK YOU!

Nice spot and a large park but it’s lacking for the money charged. No pool, no jumping pillow and the amenities needed much more attention than they received. Needs some money invested in the infrastructure, could be fantastic.

This park is very large and open. We booked online and got put down the back. (This is computer generated) spoke to the ladies in the front who were more than happy to try and move our site. Absolutely great staff and very friendly. Beach and Park are straight across the road. Some people have watched turtles come to shore there also. Would recommend to everyone. Only dislike is there isn't a place for the grey water to go so just be mindful where you put your hose.

My husband & I stayed in a self contained 2 bedroom cabin for 1 week . It was clean & tidy , had comfortable beds & also a lovely little verandah with table & chairs to enjoy breakfast with a view . The outdoor chairs were a bit outdated & had seen better days , but still did the job .The best part sbout the Big 4 Breeze Bargara was the location . It is within walking distance to the beach , local cafes & restaurants , a dog park , & the esplanade . There is plenty of accessible footpaths for riding bikes , e scooters etc
