They never ever answer the phone and I cannot pick up a parcel within their opening hours, now that they are closed on Saturdays. How are you supposed to get a message to them? How am I supposed to arrange to have my parcel sent to Canterbury PO which is open on Saturdays? Please pick up your phone!

This small quiet post office is one of my local ones. I prefer this one to the other on Canterbury Rd, as I use the post office quite frequently.He gentleman is super friendly and helpful too!

This post office is great, it’s my local one and everytime I go in, the employees are so lovely and friendly. Sometimes they have a little conversation, just really helpful and normally anything I need to do is processed quickly and with ease

Between picking up parcels and posting things within Australia and overseas, I seem to be at the Post Office every second day. Luckily the staff here are friendly and welcoming, which helps it not seem like a chore : )

Went to pick up a package around 4:20pm but they had closed half an hour early. Thought maybe the staff member was in the bathroom so I called and there was no answer. Peaked throughout glass window and I could see the guy behind the counter and he just waved me away (couldn't even be bothered to come to the door to talk to me). This was all 2 days before Christmas ... Pretty poor performance!

I'm surprised to see negative reviews. It is my post office of choice because of the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Although thw post office is small and a bit on the dingy side, I've never had any problems sending parcels and getting appropriate advice. Very rarely a queue. Love that if you buy a box for posting stuff overseas you are always provided with the custom's form to fill in at the time of purchasing the box. That's a big help if sending a mish mash of items. You can simply full in the form at home as you pack.

This is my local post office and I come here roughly once a week to send parcels for my business. The management changed a little while ago, but the new staff have all found their feet and are always so nice and friendly. I rarely wait more than a couple of minutes to be served, it's such a quiet little store
