My partner and I are currently in the administration phase of building our first house together with Home Group WA and have had nothing but a positive experience so far! We have been working closely with Claudia Tati who has quickly answered every one of our many questions. We feel as if we are being listened to and that our vision has been brought to life with Home Group. We can't wait to see how our house looks when it is complete!

It’s been an exciting journey to see the team at Home Group turning our dream into reality. Our journey started when a friendly Sales Consultant named Sujit, invited us into his display home at Lakelands. We found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced in the building industry. The information that he’s given us has helped us to make the right decision in entrusting Home Group to build our first home. He’s always available to answer our questions even during after office hours or late at night. Amazing customer service, Sujit ! Thank you for going the extra miles for us.The entire building process, from designing the house to key handover is systematic and seamless. It came as a pleasant surprise as our house was completed within 6 months (slab down to Practical Completion Inspection) considering we are in housing boom and experiencing shortage of tradies. Well done Home Group !!! It was such a relief to see everything fall in place without delay. There was no stress at all as James (our building supervisor) got everything under control. Even our next door neighbour is singing praises about the efficiency of all the workers. We are very pleased that there’s no hidden cost nor surprises. Great workmanship and quality fitting throughout the house.Jade Low (Client Liaison) is always very prompt in answering our questions and sorting out issues that we raised.We will definitely recommend Home Group to our friends and this will be the company we will choose if we ever have the chance to build another house.We are enjoying our new home now, and it feels like we are living in a holiday resort. We are extremely happy with how our first family home turned out, our consultant Marco Pierluigi went above and beyond to get us there after being ripped off from another company. Jade our construction consultant always kept us up to date with what was going on and always gave us a timeline, our site supervisor Frank made sure everything ran smoothly and if anything wasn't right he made sure it was rectified quickly, we still can't believe that we are actually living in our new house now, the quality of everything is amazing and we would highly recommend home group wa to anyone that is looking at building a house

We couldn’t be happier with our dream home, this being our third build we chose our builder very carefully and so happy we choose them. It was a seamless experience from the day we walked into the Lakewood platinum display in Bushmead, Gareth is so professional and knowledgeable and made it so easy for us. The build took 10 months in this crazy time and we are in awe of our home. Thanks Homegroup for making our dream come true❤️

I can't speak highly enough of the team from Home Group - professional, helpful, easily contactable and upfront and honest throughout the whole process.Being first time home builders, my wife and I were hesitant with most things and had lots of questions we needed answering and Dean took us through everything and put our minds at ease on the first meeting.The pre-start, while slightly rushed, still was an easy and fun process. Everyone who has entered our home since we received the keys 3 weeks ago cannot believe the quality. I couldn't be happier with my new home from Homegroup WA. I had a small block but Sujit was able to incorporate all that I wanted into the plan. The admin process was quite prolonged, however staff at the showroom were extremely knowledgeable and guided me through the pre-start which was an amazing experience. I was so excited when building commenced - my supervisor James did a fantastic job and it has been very reassuring that so many tradesmen who have come to my house since handover have commented on the standard of the build. The house looks amazing and I have had so much positive feedback from family, friends and people in my community regarding the house which goes to show, it's not just me that loves it! I would certainly recommend Homegroup WA to any potential home buyers and I thank Homegroup WA for making my dream come true.

We have just signed up with Home Group WA to build our forever home. Our sales consultant has been a pleasure to work with so far. He was patient, approachable, honest and listened to our needs. He was able to produce a design that incorporated all the inclusions we requested, within our budget. He was happy to re-draw the design several times to ensure all our last minute modifications were accommodated and to ensure our budget was adhered to. We are looking forward to the pre-start meeting and commencement of construction of our new home. Based on our experience so far, we would have no hesitation in recommending Home Group as a builder.

4 months after key handover, Jackie and I are loving our new home! The communication has been perfect during our building process. Thank you Home Group for the amazing work done on our first home. We will be sure to recommend you to our family and friends.
