We went to see Jo to enquire about a wedding cake. We were absolutely blown away by the service we received. Jo took the time to understand what we were looking for and then went above and beyond to make sure we got the cake of our dreams, right down to the smallest detail. The sample cakes we tasted there were moist and delicious and it was really easy for us to choose the flavour for our big day. Instead of just enquiring, we ended up booking them on the spot and then were overjoyed by how reasonably priced the cake and delivery was. Jo and her staff were so wonderful, we were so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience and absolutely cannot wait to have the stunning cake delivered for our special day.

CW Cakes are so friendly and professional. I've completed a cake course here which I really loved and since then Jo has helped me fantastic birthday cakes for special birthdays for my kids, cupcakes for baby showers, cookies and even boxes of slice that I've sent to friends during the pandemic to cheer up friends... Always happy to help and give advice over the phone or in person on ingredients and equipment. Cannot recommend highly enough.

INCREDIBLE CAKE, INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Ordered my wedding cake here, firstly the owner was so patient and helpful with finding the right flavour. She gave me samples to take home to my Husband and we went with the chocolate. She made sure we had the right size for the amount of guests. She then contacted our florist to make sure the colours would match what they were doing for our arrangements. Everything was just so well organised and really good price! Could not recommend more! Thanks CW cakes, will certainly be ordering more cakes in the future!!!

I signed up for a ginger bread house class back in 2020 but like most people we ended up with COVID i was told that thay. Would give me a credit note but I never received it how rude to take money and not give back a credit not so many gready people would never buy from them again and definitely would not recommend them rude and treat people like dirt

We had an incredible experience!!We had a very short notice luxury cake requirement. We were able to run into the shop and they said “we can make it work” they made suggestions, they had a freshly baked cake ready for us and decorated it amazingly.Incredibly customer service.Elise & Jo were so helpful and are so talented.Would definitely come back again!!Timeframe, literally an hour. We were able to pick up a fresh, stunning cake!Thanks again ladies.
