Rachel Moshel is an incredible property manager! I was a tenant of hers at another agency previously and when it came time to move I actually sought her out to find my new rental!Rachel is always happy to answer calls and emails in a timely fashion, and gets things done (non urgent repairs arranged same day - need I say more!).Please never leave!

Harry Lustig has been in charge of the house I lived in for the past three years. He was always kind, quick at work, and always communicated when it took time to solve a problem, telling us what the situation was. He seems to understand the tenant's position well through a lot of experience.I thank him and I thank the GaryPeer for providing a good staff and a property. I'm going abroad for a while for work but if I have to come back and rent a house, of course I'll look for GaryPeer and Harry and I'll recommend it to my friends.
