Terrible, stale bread, off tasting mayonnaise, burnt meatballs and to top it off, a manager that rings you, then abuses you for ringing to make a complaint about their quality of food. Disgusting. Were the customer who's paying for quality not stale burnt wrong tasting food. Won't be ordering again...

Swear I never had a problem with this shop for the last 4 years until now.. being limited to options during pregnancy and asking for avocado on a sub instead of sauce.. had it delivered to my home address with no avocado and what seemed to taste like way too much salt. Just poor.. I really didn't think it was difficult to make a sandwich for paying customers

She droped half of my food on the floor and didnt add some more chicken, so I asked for it. She made sandwich very messy, rubbish shape. Will not come anymore. Not recommended

Just took my family into this Subway for an early lunch and have never been treated with such bad and rude customer service in my life!! The young girl that served us seemed new and she was lovely but the female in charge was one of the rudest person we've ever met! When asked if they could warm up my grandsons order she tolled her eyes, took the item and pushed it into the warmer without saying a eord! It seemed that simply serving a customer was a huge chore ! No hello....no please or thank you ....no manners at all ! We will never go back !!Shame on you ....a disgrace for Subway!

Two stars for polite staff. Don’t ever get cookies from here. I love subway cookies but these were super dry and crunchy, not the chewy cookies I love.

Not been good for the last many months now. I see newer staff, and they seem to be perpetually under training as the professional service you would expect from a lot of other Subway franchises is missing. The staff seem to want to do their job nothing more. There is hardly any friendly greeting or courtesy, they just go about their job quietly. Very often they are out of bread or some salad or the other. When you place online orders, they have rarely got my orders correct. They swap the bread, they put the wrong veggies, and if you order say two different sandwiches, they do not write anything to tell you which is which. The packing is also usually poor and stuff is falling out everywhere. Bread and lettuce don't seem fresh either.

Disgusting, manager is rude and aggressive. Food was soggy, meant to be hot. You wouldn't even feed it to your dogs!!

Quite disappointed tonight as my partner went for take out and I noticed my meat ball sub was slathered with some orange sauce I have never had a d you could barely taste the meal as meatball.I have never asked for this “ south west sauce” . Normally it’s Chipotle but they did not have it.

Terrible service. Two women talking to each other in their own language whilst serving me and weren’t even concentrating half the time. Ended up putting a wrong ingredient on my sub because she wasn’t listening properly. On top of this my sub was falling apart and it wasn’t cut properly.
