Great Service, friendly staff, Awesome offers

The sales rep of the store was very helpful. He gave me accessories like the EFM Austin Bluetooth speaker which works very well and is extreme useful in parties. He was very positive and warm and gave me vital information about network coverage, the my Vodafone app, and talked to me about the home wireless and various tablet plans to solve my internet issues.

Worst customer experience i ever had in Australia. Its because of this sales team i switched to optus.

Today I attended the Port Adelaide Vodafone store 5015 in SA and after purchasing a pre paid Vodaphone lite 1 as a gift for $99, I then attended Kmart next door and found the same phone on special for $89 (not a big different, I know but a saving is still a saving) so re attended the Vodafone store 5 minutes later and asked if there was any chance to price match the item or if I could return the item under change of mind as not only did I have the receipt, everything untouched but I had been in there 5 minutes prior. The staff member contacted his manager to ask if this was possible in which the manager advised no" . I attempt to bring up the refund policy on the UK website in which states items CAN be returned for change of mind if within 14 days however staff member said that was UK website and was unable to locate the refund policy. This was a horrible experience and I will not be back. I have forwarded on complaint to Vodafone Australia."
