Great shutters and professional service. When I had an issue with one of the blinds they came straight out to deal with it.

They installed a front bedroom roller shutter for me.I find the people who did the work are not very professional at their jobs.Shutter is not levelled, covering box were dented, paints got chipped off from edges also bottom of both side structs/rails.

I really love it.To be honest, I haven’t thought of roller shutters when I had the first house in Australia. At that time, I’d like to have blinds only to cover the windows. Luckily, my friend recommends your company to me. After visiting your showroom, talking to you & young lady there, explaining to me the difference between roller blinds and roller shutters and the benefits of roller shutters, I decided to do the roller shutters. I’m really satisfied with your products and the way your guys installed roller shutters (is it professional? of course, yes!). I recognize that my house, especially my room, is warmer (I think that I’ll save the energy bill this month hihihi ). We had Electric Roller Shutters installed on two north facing windows and they look good and work well for a reasonable price. Turnaround from quote to install was very fast. Good Company to deal with.

This company was a joy to work with from the first call to the last visit to connect the electricity to my shutters. We have already noticed the house is warmer. There was a huge choice of colours. The shutters are thick and heavy. (these are not the security shutters, just noise and weather) The company owner (Kim) visited the property during installation, which I thought was very professional. I was promised a one day installation, and the fitters stayed until the job was complete, even though they ran into time delays from weather. The company use their own employees- no sub-contractors - to do all the work.Before deciding to go with Smart Shutters, I had made many phone calls trying to get quotes from those well known" companies. Fantastic job and service by the Smartshutters team. They installed motorised shutters for almost all of our windows. It has been 3 months and the shutters have been working flawlessly! The service we’ve received from them is a true standout. They were very accomodating to what we wanted notably the 4m wide shutter they did for us for our alfresco area.
