A department store like Myer, but just small and lacking in variety. Expect to find home goods, kitchenware, bedding, adults' clothing and footwear, and women's undergarments.

Customer service is excellent in this store. Sarah and Michelle were very helpful when I visited the store last week. I rang three times and Michelle listened very patiently and did her excellent to resolve my problem. Thank you so much guys for your services. I really appreciate it....

Buy some shirts, pants, cookware or electrical. You can always find quality at a bargain

Site promises online click and collect orders to be ready in a couple of hours but doesn’t deliver and in the worst possible way.I ordered an item just before 12 and the site said it would be ready in 2 hours, it took almost 7. I called the store 10 times after 4:16pm Nobody answered. I had to call the general number for Harris Scarfe to complain and there was no sense of urgency whatsoever.My wife finally got through to the store after she had called 3 times after my 10.They gave the excuse that they were doing stocktake. That is not a reason to ignore 12 phone calls or stop processing online ordered that are promised to be completed in 2 hours. I will be reporting to the ombudsman for false advertising.These are 2 customer service experiences that are pretty easy to not mess up.Worst customer service experience we have ever had.

Harris Scarf are good value.. I remember going to the original store in Rundle Mall in Adelaide when I lived there in what seems like a past life!!

This is the second time I have had amazing sales support in the bra section at Harris Scarfe- high point, Vic. She knew the differences W each brand of bras. A while ago she gave me a measurement and was so helpful. I ordered a bra online and size was wrong. She helped me get the size , quickly and W no fuss.

I love Harris scarfe. I often visit it when i need to buy something or even just for casual fun. They have a great collection of items with very good discounts at times. Lots of my household things i buy from there. I also visit them whenever i need to give someone any gift. They have a very good collection of kitchen appliances and cutlery and dinnerware. Their bedding collection is also pretty good.
