Frank Potts Reserve
We enjoyed our stay with our campervan at this campground! Self registration by posting an envelope containing $5/night is very easy. Quiet spot and close to great wineries to taste local wines. Also one of the few campgrounds in South Australia we found for this price.

Great spot, please check your maps before you head here. If you type in “frank pots reserve” Google maps took us to Wellington road but the camp is actually at 1574 Langhorne creek road (15 minutes drive away). Lucky we found it by hunting through the photo’s!

Frank Potts Reserve
Great spot to stay for up to 72 hours while visit the Langhorne Creek region. About 20 sites available for $5 a night. A single hybrid flush toilet, but no dump point or drinking water available. Only 900m walk along the road to the excellent Bleasdale Winery.

Great location for a short stay. Grassy. Wonderful sunset view from here. Toilet not pleasant when it rains s busy…best to have your own! Can walk to a restaurant or the hotel in Langhorn Creek.

Visited twice. Clean and tidy. Nice spot. Cow's mooing at 3am was a bit off-putting. There was also an abandoned car which was creepy and no one had reported over the easter weekend. Apart from that it was great, usually pretty busy, friendly campers.
