Mazzucchelli's Jewellers - Belconnen

Attempting to charge for a resize after agreeing to special order rings in the required size. Caused distress to my partner and the manager tried to blame the sales girl. Product is great but service completely lacking

Totally agree with all the other posts. Took my watch in, that i bought from Mazzuccelli's - they put in a new battery but did the watch work after that? NO! Took it back in and got a huge quote that says it needed servicing for over $250. I said i wanted money back for the $40 battery and they still have my watch - with no return calls. just rang twice and after no message bank and the phone ringing out - i hung up. These guys are hopeless and have NO IDEA what they are doing.

Went to put my ring in to be serviced" on the life plan they provide. The lady couldn't find my details at first

Went in store recently, was the only customer there and saw the two lady sales associates at the counter watching a video on an iPad or tablet, after browsing a little without being acknowledged I had a begrudging offer of assistance from one of the ladies, which I accepted only to be told it would be better if I came back in 40mins. 1 star because you can’t give 0.

I wish I could give zero star. Sales girls in the shop don't have basic etiquette. Indian girl was extremely rude. I had bought this limited edition TISSOT watch from them & gone to ask for repair procedure.

My Husband bought my engagement ring just over 3 years ago.This is now the 4th time it has had to go back in to be repaired because of one of the smaller diamonds falling out!Every time my ring has had to go back in to be repaired it has taken 4 weeks or a little more. This time being the 4th time for the same issue it has been 6 weeks with no result. We are constantly told a manager will call us! (does a manager even work there) We have not received a phone call we have constantly been chasing them.We have always tried to be easy going about it but this is a JOKE and we just want people to communicate with us about our complaint! and be given a solution not just palmed off.This is not the way to treat customers that pay quite a lot of money for something that is meant to hold a lot of sentimental value! Now seeing all the other reviews i see i am not the only one having issues.

Seriously some of the worst customer service. Why would you want to charge for a service that was paid for and refuse lifetime warranty because you lost it in the system. If you make a mistake don’t be rude and hostile!

The worst service I have received. Have never received a phone call on the status of repairs for my watch I have had to make all the calls. Taken over 5 weeks and I still have no watch. They said it had to be monitored for three weeks what happened to the other two weeks plus. No contact phone number provided on their customer dockets.

I love this shop! I've always been treated well everytime I'm in the shop and the saleslady Melody gives me the time and information that I need about watches without being pushy.

They lost my wife’s engagement ring!!!I recently bought a ring for my wife from this store, one that matched the style of my wife’s engagement ring. The regional manager convinced me that the engagement ring could do with rhodium plating (white gold) for $60.3 weeks past the expected arrival date, my wife goes to pick up the ring and was informed that the ring cannot be found. I have rang multiple times, emailed, and visited since then to request an explanation, I was told that I would receive a call that afternoon from the regional manager. No call has been made, and barely any explanation has been provided. I am still waiting.I am at a loss as to what to do. For the sake of a $60 service, it appears as though they have lost my wife’s engagement ring. Speechless.
