Naturopath- Invigorate Naturopathy

I am at the start of my Menopause Journey. Thank you Kat for getting me on track to tackle as they say ( my next Spring in life) I had full bloods done before my appointment with Kat, My Doctor went through my bloods with me very briefly and offered HRT if I wanted it.Told me the side effects and asked what I wanted to do.(Pretty scary) Kat explained my bloods in full details and explained what my body was lacking and what I needed to help my body get through this next stage in life.Kat has prepared me with natural remedies. What can I say!
