Computer Repairs Adelaide - The Laptop Surgeon

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, fast, friendly and affordable. With an impending final assignment on my Master's degree, I dropped my buggered laptop off and Nick had it back to me in no time. Absolute legends!

*EDITED TO RESPOND TO OWNER*I was never called during business hours, and as soon as i posted the review, i got call after call after call. Shall i post a call log perhaps? Eventually I answered as you would not stop calling, and you were trying to get me to bring my laptop in to repair still and asked me to remove my review. NOW weeks later i have to read this b.s. Dont want bad reviews? dont give bad service. END OF.I took my laptop in for a repair, got a quote really quickly which i was happy about, decided to go ahead. Then i got a call telling me they would need to remove the fingerprint scanner, and replace the gray side panel with a silver panel, as i said i didnt want a different colour second hand part, they increased the price. I said i no longer wanted to go ahead and would like to collectt my laptop, i was told three days in a row i was able to collect it, each time, i was told to come back the next day as it was not there. not at all happy. The only saving grace was Nicks customer service, but this was not enough to go back again.*EDIT* Since posting this review, I keep getting harassing phone calls after hours, at times like 7pm Friday night, 530 Wednesday night, from their shop number and a mobile number. AVOID

Had my MacBook screen replaced. Was replaced with a faulty screen. Had it replaced again under warranty. Screen was replaced with another faulty screen. Had it replaced again, right speaker and Touch ID stopped working. Touch ID and speaker were fixed but screen had a dead pixel. Was told the 2-3 dead pixels on a screen is acceptable. Finally asked for a refund as I did not trust them to fix my laptop properly. Was offered to have my screen replaced with a cracked screen and get a full refund or receive a refund of half the price I paid ($300). They had my laptop for around 3 weeks. Also hard to get in contact with technician as they work out of gepps cross not the city. They wasted my time and money.

I cannot express how happy I am with this service. Tom was incredibly helpful and kept me up to date with things, and the customer service was amazing, my laptop looked like there was no fix possible but Tom found what was wrong and went above and beyond to fix it for me. There was no stress involved at any time when dealing with these guys and I can't thank them enough. 100% recommended

Probably one of the smoothest experiences I've had regarding tech repair in general. They even did a complimentary fix on my internal laptop mic along with the main charging port issue. Quick, responsive services and very worth it!

Had some stuff replaced on my HP Pavilion (classic HP designed to break). Lincoln saved me from having to get a new laptop just because of a bad design. Fast and professional.

Its only been the 1st day after my MS Surface Pro’s screen got replaced for an LG screen and that’s the ultimate solution out there that works if you also suffering from the notorious FLICKER GATE problem‼️Lincoln did a fantastic job so far…btw they charging cheapest (330) than others on the Maps
