Really lovely staff and they did an amazing job. Didn’t have to wait long at all and I’m very happy with results!

Left with bleeding thumb. Staff did not apologise. The result is very dissapointing. NEVER SHOULD COME HERE FROM THE BEGINNING

Went today,So bad !I went for a pedicure, they were all laughing between each other in another language than English, I sat, water was so cold, the women did not even know how to file my nails, I asked her to cut she could not do it, could not understand English, she then just left and someone else told me that another lady will do my nails. Then a new lady came, was polite and ad some hot water, she then did the worse job. In 15 minutes my pedicure was done, no massage, so fast and the nail polish is so badly done. I waited 20 minutes for the polish to dry, then another women took of the thing they put in between the finger in such a hard way, not even put some cuticul oil, or went to check if dry.Seriously for $35 I left the place feeling bad and with a bad job made !Will never come back !

They charged $60 SNS and “manicure” however the outside sign says $50. Was very rushed and poorly done

Love this place. I have been coming for many years and did go elsewhere previously. Everyone is professional and friendly and my nails always look amazing. I often have compliments and I work in Real Estate sales. So my appearance is important. My experience here has always been excellent. I don't understand some of these reviews they must be confusing with somewhere else.

***BEWARE*** OVERCHARGED $820 FOR MANI AND PEDI - DECEMBER 2022Appeared on bank statement one week later. Refunded me (overcharge only) a day after I spoke to them in store. No complimentary service offered for the inconvenience and didn’t refund me for the mani pedi as a good will gesture.Disappointing as they do a good job there.Won’t be going back.CHECK AMOUNT THAT THEY CHARGE YOU ON THE SPOT.

Very good price for a good manicure. Got a shellac manicure and it looks great.

Terrible, didn’t shave feet properly! They looked hacked at and I got my fingers done they looked 2 weeks grown out! They didn’t clean up the cuticles or massage! Terrible!!

Such a great job! I walked in and they could take me on the spot. I had a picture of what I wanted and she replicated it perfectly. There was a bit of excess acrylic under the nail which bothered me but I came back and they fixed it up no problem. The only thing I can fault is the paint job, it doesn’t extend down to the cuticle so I will probably need to get them repainted sooner.
