I heard they do jewellery repairs here and I had recently broken a gold necklace chain. It’s a beautiful little shop with such a calm atmosphere inside.They were able to fix it, and fixed so promptly! They also polished the chain and it looks so sparkly and like new. I’m so glad I can wear my chain again. Friendly customer service each time I visited and good communication about the status of my repair. Thank you so much!Photo is of the chain fixed!

Not a good experience. I purchased an uncle Jack watch on line, when I opened it to check, a scratch was on the buckle. “Just a scratch” was the comment from Jess! This was a gift for a friend. I emailed and called. Communication was not good as I had to follow up with what was to be done. Yes they were going to refund but at my expense for postage and a bit too late when friends birthday is this weekend. I had already waited 3 days for a response. Boss was rude when I argued that it wasn’t the post, no mark on the box that the watch came in, it was in a bubble wrap bag and post bag. Not good to blame others for not checking properly before sending. Will not buy from here again and don’t recommend buying online from them.
