Useless in every possible way, there computers are supposedly for use to sort out issues, you can't even get outside web pages such as superannuation to sort out issues caused by centrlink. I rang the centrelink phone number & i was told due heavy amount of calls at this time, to try again later, this went on for a day & half, when i got thru, i was on hold for 1 hr & 3/4 & when i got answed, they told me, i'd have to ring my super trust, which i already had done right before i rang centrelink, but they could'nt fix the issue until centrelink done the part, by changing the computers, when it was there mistake to start with.ASOLUTELY USELESS.

For the love of god plase change your hold music the classical is ok for 3 minuets but after 2 and a half hours on hold I want to through my phone against the wall

The centre itself is ok, clean interior, service speeds can be slow with long wait. But it's to be expected.Centrelink in general though is very poor. Never approved my AusStudy and it's been 1 year since I applied.....
