Another Supercheap store but this one is huge and has lots of stock . A really neat and tidy shop . Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Gotta love some of the toys !

Bought a Personal water craft cover took it home it didn’t fit. So I returned back to the store to swap it over or get a refund, they refused to do so. I couldn’t fold it back In the box like factory . I asked to speak to manager, managers wasn’t there apparently called Mandy. I asked when Mandy will be in, they couldn’t tell me a date when she’d be back in they couldn’t give that “ personal information” . Really frustrated just got no time for this running around stuck with a worthless item now.

I have been to supercheap Auto to changed my car battery today . Customer service was outstanding, vi was very helpful for checking the battery life instead of changing just for sale. He was very patient and polite.Highly recommended thomastown…

Only issue i have with super cheap in general is, i don't understand why you put a particular product on special when you have no stock available, like if you cant supply then don't put it on sale.

I went there to purchase wiper blade inserts for a Honda Civic. I provided the Rego of the car and was given the item. I paid for it went home and found that it was not the right one. Went back this time with the original one as well. Showed it to the same person and was given another set it was not right again. I didn’t bother going back again. Just went to Repco and got the right one.Maybe some more training required.
