I had a number of unknown issues with my custom workstation PC. Once my PC was dropped off I got regular updates on the progress of diagnosing the issues and repairs. I had my PC back the next day and haven't had any issues since! Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the team at LocalTech! :)

Our MacBook Air displayed the black screen of death on startup. All info lost. It seems to be a feature of these solid state hard drives, that they occasionally fail. While we didn't fret over the lost bytes, Localtech was able to source out a 4x bigger drive from overseas (none here) which arrived within a week. An upgrade to the latest OS was a plus .. and now we are floating on the cloud again. Thanks Stephen & Sophie for your easygoing professionalism. We will be back there for any future issues without a doubt.

Loved how honest they were about what they thought was the best option for me and my situation regarding my laptop. They could of easily made money off me but they were honest. I would highly recommend this company for the Shier factor of communication and integrity thanks guys
