We had Able Earthmoving & Demolition demolish a house and would happily recommend them. Stefan and his team are simply professional and reliable and were great to deal with from quoting right through to completion.

Able have demolished my old home ready for a new build. They did an excellent job, saving some of the garden I requested and re-arranging part of a boulder retainer wall to suit new driveway for later on. Stefan and his team at Able were recently contracted by our builder to do the demolition of our old house and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great demolition team. They were all friendly, approachable and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Our block is quite narrow at the front and very close to the neighbours. Stefan took great care in the tight space and had no trouble at all getting the job done safely without distrubing the neighbours, he is a very competent operator. The whole team went above and beyond paying attention to every detail. They have high quality equipment and the job was completed safely, quickly and done to a high standard. Throughout the process they offered advice on the best way to do things, and followed through every time. Communication was quick, and reliable. On site, Stefan and the team were fast, respectful of our neighbors and very professional. We were concerned about asbestos, but the Able crew were experienced.
