My bt50 came up with some unexpected engine issues which was very stressful coming in to Christmas . Being new to Melbourne I made a call to Paul at total auto care and they put my mind at ease instantly. They gave me phone calls detailed texts and pictures of the issues with the car and explained the pricing ect and the turn around and the work was exceptional .Thankyou Paul and team I’ll be 100 % be back and turning up to a much needed car wash was just the icing on the cake

Our car developed problems on our drive to Melbourne from Wollongong, fortunately we were staying in Elwood and Total Auto Centre was not far away. Knowing it would be a long shot to get our car looked at, much less fixed, I dropped it off with Paul at 8am and despite having a full garage of work he said he would try and look at it. By 10:30 he had dial the problem and called me to say it would be fixed in a few hours. Needless to say we were thrilled as we are due to drive back to the Gong on Sunday. Great service and the repair was done at a very reasonable cost. I can highly recommend Paul and the team at Total Auto Centre. Ten stars.

Paul and all of the mechanics are very helpful with diagnosing all issues with your car and fixing them. They provide good service and all of their work is done to a high standard. With fair pricing and reliable work these guys are awesome and provide a great service.

Had a great experience with Total Auto Care after fiding myself with a dead battery. Instead of charging me for a new battery they were nice enough to lend me a charger at no cost!Very nice and honest business with kind and knowledable staff.I'll definately be back to service my car and for other maintenance issues and can trust that it will be done well.I'd rate 6 stars if I could!

Scam scam. Absolute scammers. The owner could not identify right from wrong. The owner lies through his teeth to get business. Many of their positive reviews are fake and they have software to filter out the negative reviews
