if you are the property buyer - beware of Marcus! We just had an incredibly disappointing experience due to him. His unprofessionalism and manipulative behavior made the entire experience frustrating and disheartening. He showed a complete lack of integrity, clearly prioritizing his own profits, he was rude and arrogant and didn’t even return our call after we signed a contract and paid the deposit. Sellers and owners if you want to do the right thing and have any integrity yourself, don’t use Marcus. Please find a more respectful and professional agent.

Wow, if you have a property to sell I would thoroughly recommend Dannie Corr. He managed to sell our property in 2 weeks and obtained more than the asking price in a supposed depressed market. He informed us of the potential purchasers after each inspection and kept us in the loop at all times.

Truly the most disorganised, disrespectful and rude agency I've encountered. Had a highly disappointing experience of renting a property with Whiting & Co. I experienced multiple breaches, had to pursue a VCAT hearing for ignored urgent repairs, and saw an utter negligence in replying to any concerns or communications. This agency will attempt to bully and intimidate tenants, spamming your phone and doing their best to do the bare minimum. Despite the rental crisis I would not recommend this agency to anyone, tenant or landlord. It is not worth your time or sanity.

Marcus and Dannie sold successfully many of my units in the past and achieved a fair price considering the current market is a little flat with the right campaign for me. They were very good at communicating and listens to what you want achieved. Also has provided timely market insights in dealing with the current marketplace. They are very personable and always kept me up to date with potential interest. I would thoroughly recommend Whitings of St Kilda to handle any future sales of mine.

I have been using Whting & Co to manage my property for 5 years now and find them to be be prompt when dealing with my tenants issues with the house.Has been there for me if l need assistance with the property, basically taken all stress off my shoulders, but that is why l pay them.I found Dianne to be professional and polite to my tenants, one tenant was asked to come back and clean the house properly and behave like a child who didn’t want to take responsibility for there own mess, so glad l didn’t have to deal with them.
