Very obliging and were able to fit us in for an emergency clutch replacement without disrupting our holiday itinerary. Awesome customer service, fitting us in after we broke down. Both the office staff and the mechanic that helped us were courteous, professional. Unfortunately after we left we had the problem again. Experts in all things automotive. They fixed the electrics and serviced my 2003 hilux.I take it into some fairly remote places, and it's reassuring that its been serviced by the best. Big thanks to Ben and his team.

The Team were terrific starting with looking after my other half by driving him into town after drop off. The reassurance from the offer of emergency service should we need it was great. Their competence is also very reassuring with quick and capable diagnosis and fixing of a knotty problem. The car washing was a bit of a shock. Thankyou so much for all of this. MAgain their service was great. It was quick to book a service and on the day was finished early. Thankyou.

Brilliant service and even better pricing. We had a hell of a lot done to our family car before a big trip, at very short notice also. After dropping the car off in the morning they done the service, brakes, timing chain and water pump and even dropped the car back to us all before 4.30. Couldn’t ask for better service then that and a lot cheaper then what I was expecting. Highly recommend

Amazing service!I spoke with Ben over the phone this morning and explained the issues I was having. He was fully booked but said he could put me in later in the week. I explained that I needed to drive to Melbourne for family and he offered me to take the car in now and we will have a look at it over the next couple of days. Once I get there the check in was super easy and simple and Natasha was so sweet and kind, she offered to take me to a car rental up the road (horrible service)and even offered to wait just to be sure. Once at the rental company they explained they made a mistake and didn’t have any cars available. So seeing as there’s no Uber here and the taxi was in high demand, I called Natasha and asked if there was anyway she could come back and get me - she did willing and with a laugh. She was there within a couple of minutes and listened to me rant about the rental company. She said Ben offered me to take the car until mine was fixed- saving me a couple of hundred.Before the end of the day, Natasha called me back to say that my car was ready to be picked up and it was as good as new!I came in and met with Ben and couldn’t have been more appreciative!This all happened today and he was so incredibly efficient and fair in his labour. I’ll definitely be coming back there!Thank you again :)

The team at Automech are very upfront and honest and will always call to check before performing any repairs or maintenance outside of a general service. The work is done quickly and to a high standard. I also appreciate that they wash my car
