This shop sent me a completely different costume and size than what I ordered. I was unable to wear the custome. When I contacted them about the issue they completely ignored my email.Update: Creative costumes made contact with me after my online review and were able to resolve my concern. It took some prodding, but my issue was eventually 100% resolved and I got a full refund. Thanks for your help Dale.

The staff here are super friendly and so helpful!!! First time customer and I came to the warehouse to buy a costume not knowing it was an online business. They were happy to help me out with everything even though they were busy. I'm super appreciative of all their help and will definitely be back!Xo the tiger king girl!

Very fast click and collect. Make sure to place the order by noon and you can collect the order by afternoon. They have a great collection of costumes. The price is a littler higher compared to some other places, but the quality of the costumes worth the price.

Wow!! Sad really. I called two hours in advance and asked for a costume to be held until I arrived.The girl who served me was straight up, arrogant, rude, entitled and completely out of line. Obviously had a bad day.First I went to take a picture of my costume and she abruptly said you are in the way do not stand there!" I was like "chill

When someone calls and asks to put a costume on hold you should really specify that it’s for rent and not for sale. The costume I wanted was apparently the “only one” which was just not true, there was another, worse one, for sale and I only assume there was pressure to get the rental ones sold as that’s more money for the business. And don’t wait to mention that it’s only for rent when the customer is at the cashier ready to pay. Could’ve saved everybody some valuable time.

Amazing range and very helpful staff. Didn't realise prior to attending it is not a shop to peruse through. Was set up with a service desk, let the staff know what you're looking for and they bring forward options for consideration. At first was concerned with this approach but found the staff's knowledge and helpfulness combated this with ease. Recommend if you need any costume supplies as I will be returning.
