I visited Natalie for a remedial massage, arriving with a sore back. I found she listened carefully to my story, spent time assessing my posture and then began the massage. She did spend a good amount of time on the problem area, but also it was clear that she took a wider view and massaged many other, as she said, related areas. She was quick to diagnose the problem, utilising some deep tissue and trigger point work, but also some slow soothing massage techniques that had me and my back quickly relaxing. I was very happy with the result. The space from which she massages is very peaceful. Thanks Natalie, James.

As I have a quite physical job I used to see a sports massager. These massages were helpful but extremely painful. I thought I would try something new and booked in with Natalie for a 'restorative massage and facial'. Not only was the setting way more relaxing, but I also learned that a remedial massage does not have to be painful. I really appreciate the time Natalie took to get to know me and my needs before the treatment. I could feel how passionate she is about her practice and I can not wait for my next appointment for even more personalized treatment. I highly recommend her. She is wonderful.

Natalie offers wonderful remedial massage. She carefully checked all my posture issue and listen to my discomfort, suggested different way to approach my painful area. And she did the perfect massage on me!I totally enjoyed all the treatments and felt my issue had been fixed! Amazing! Also Natalie made the environment very lovely; it’s a refreshing experience!

Natalie's warm, grounded and nurturing energy is the first thing I noticed about coming into her room. Each treatment feels like it is catered to your exact needs...her massage is skilful and fluid. It truly is a holistic treatment for the mind, body and spirit.I would highly recommend anyone to see Natalie, she is gifted with healing hands!

The most nurturing massage I have ever had.Such a lovely safe space. I feel instantly at ease in Natalie's company.Natalie has a way of beautifully melding remedial and holistic therapies. Just the right amount of pressure to treat physical aches and pains, but not painful.Highly recommend!
