Tommy Hilfiger Homebush

I bought a pair of shoes on the 30th of May which was to take overseas as a gift, Left the country on the 2nd and when I get there found out the it had two left shoes. I returned last week and have misplaced the receipt, call the out let today and spoke to Jodie who was lovely but I got told that the shoes cannot be returned or changed due to I do not have a receipt even though I have the transaction on my bank statement, also it's been too long. I know it was part my mistake of not checking it properly before I left but the sales person should have checked and corrected the issue at the time of the sale. I'm not asking to change cause I simply don't like it or it's the wrong side, it was clearly a packaging issue which is out of my control. It's sad that such a well know brand cannot look after their customers and have policies to make money even though it's clearly a brands error. I do shop quiet a bit there but after this I think I'll definitely find something else with better policies.Update 29/11/2022Got a comment saying this was referred to the area manager, haven’t heard a peep after that. So much for the customer service of a so called a global brand.

The staff at the counter need a lot of training. I was waiting in queue, there were 4~5people standing at the counter, yet only 1 north eastern Asian looking young male staff was serving customers. Other staff just stood there and chatted continuously, I don't know why they are getting paid? Do their job description say that they can just stand there and waste customer's time?

Five stars for the Asian female representative at the counter at lunchtime today. Wished I grabbed her name to give recognition for the friendly service :D

Today I made a purchase, and the experience is terrible. The cashier (Asia boy) were very rude and unfriendly. He looked doesn’t want to work. When I went to cashier asked him can I pay here, he didn’t want to check out for me. Just asked me about membership, but he got accent, that’s why I didn’t got him at begging, and after this he didn’t answer my questions. Just shook his head and showed me his ugly face.So terrible. I was in a rush, if not I will talk to a manager about this terrible service.

Very very very bad and rude customer service by Sean. He was so arrogant that he didn't bother to give us receipt when we bought our item. Sean was so rude at customer service desk that another staff member had to come and helped us. Soo bad experience there.
