Have there own car park but the workers seem to park right out the front of driveways or up on the nature strip.. Bit rude

My mother has not been able to have a shower for 5 days now due to No hot water. Ok, so things do break down, but what l find totally disgusting is that never ever have the poor residents of the falicity been kept updated on howand when it will be fixed, and what they're doing to address the problem in the meantime. Just sad, totally unprofessional & uncaring.
