My partner and I shopped at Michael Hill Dubbo earlier this year. We were met by Carmen who was extremely helpful and professional. We were initially looking to purchase a simple engagement ring and Carmen took us through all of the options available with Michael Hill. She ended up sourcing a different ring from another store for us to try on, which we ended up purchasing. Carmen treated us with the same exceptional customer service throughout the whole process. She went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied, with no pressure at any stage. We will definitely be retuning to shop with Carmen.
