Well equipped modern gym with a wide range of excellent equipment.Good selection of weights, both pinned machines and free weights.An extensive range of cardiovascular bikes, treadmills and rowers. Really great and flexible opening times for those who are still working full time and full changing and shower facilities. Good parking too.Sam is both experienced and welcoming. Highly recommended

Great community gym. I went to visit the gym during my weekend stay in Daylesford. Really appreciated Sam who met up with me to step me through the instructions for my temp stay. Lots of equipment for a full body workout and friendly atmosphere. Parking outside available.

Friendly atmosphere, good equipment, great price and plenty of space to socially distance with hand sanitiser and cleaning equipment. Feels safe working out.

Friendly enough but a lot of the equipment is older than me- and falling apart just as quickly.
