Kristy is the realtor at the place I'm currently at and Ive honestly never had someone so lovely and willing to help every step of the way. She always makes sure to quickly attend to any issues that pop up. She's so polite and kind, I'm so thankful for everything she does and how easy she made the moving process.

After renting for the last 10 years since I was 18, I've had multiple property managers ranging from Perth to Melbourne and Amy Qi has been so amazing and helpful in assisting both me and my wife. Would highly recommend this company; we're focused on looking for our next property with the same company and agent as she is just superb and goes above and beyond. Thank you for all your help.

I engaged them for rental but the management was disorganised. Their selection of tenants process was not thorough and landed us with tenants that paid late and don't pay rent now.And they didn't set up direct debit at first and when the tenancy agreement was renewed and we specifically asked for direct debit to be set up, the tenants were late in payment again and again and again. It turned out that payments were dishonoured (they said).I doubt if they checked the tenants' financial ability to pay rent and their bank statements/incomes.I am disappointed at how they manage our rental property.Edited on 16/6/2023I also just found out that there was leaking issues that I have instructed the manager from Reliance to engage plumber to rectify back in November 2022 but they haven't done anything.

Saw some pictures of the property Abbeygate drive werribee on their website which was completely misleading, the pictures used on the website are from the time that house use to be brand new and it didn’t represent the current state of the property at all!!!!The house was so damaged, dirty and in such bad condition and the agent (Ashleigh) arrived late and was so rude and inconsiderate and insensitive. Now i don’t trust this agency at allThey just wasted my time.So disappointing
