They obviously do not understand their phone system rang four times yesterday and when I finally got through they were not coherent.Tried again today with the same incoherent phone pickup almost like they accidentally answered without realizing I was after some sort of service.

If I could write in letters the sound she made before she even looked at the car I would, however I can't. So I would simply describe it as old and cranky. She didn't even look at our car and told us no. No harm in trying.
