New manager is abusive to customers says things behind customers backs the closing times is basically 7pm. Very rude manners abused my partner when she told him it's only 7pm and the kitchen is closed. Have turned up at 7;40 for fuel to find it closed.

Arrived at 8:20pm to refuel and the shop was closed (despite 9pm close on Google & signed 10pm close on shop window?) with no after-hours fuel station available.

Dirtiest fuel stop so far. Bins overflowing, water to wash windscreens putrid. Ladies toilets has farces smeared on wallsLazy young attendant more interested sitting and talking on his mobile phone than cleaning up Don’t stop here it’s a disgrace.

Pump was out completely out of fuel, nothing came out of the pump but the machine said it put half a litre in my tank. Owner's insisted I must pay.
