Took forever to answer the phone, told 30 mins. Waited there close to an hour and the staff were flustered, rude and unhelpful. Ordered spaghetti carbonara and got fettuccine. Lacked flavour very disappointing. We ordered no cheese on the pizza due to intolerances - there was cheese on the pizza. Totally incompetent with basic orders and lacked accountability, poor quality food.

Ordered take away pizzas and I wouldn’t recommend it, the dough was thick, hard and very salty. You definitely get a better deal and pizza at Crust if you like the American style pizza.

Group of 8 happy with food but wrong time to be there on very busy Saturday night because waited near an hour for garlic bread and mains landed 20+ minutes later. Apologies and free bread were accepted but we will avoid that time again.

We dined here for the first time on Friday 24 March. We had the veal parmigiana and the veal scallopini. Both dishes were delicious. The meat was tender and full of flavour, the salads were fresh and crisp and the chips were something else. Never have we had chipped potatoes so tasty or cooked that way. The coffee was also fabulous.Staff were friendly, welcoming and very efficient. Service was top notch. This place is definitely on the top of our future dining list. Well done and thank you!

Always have a great meal here and the servings are filling. Sometimes service is a little slow, but we are in no hurry. Staff are friendly and courteous. BYO beer and wine and the dessert pizzas are a bonus for my sons.

The first time we have had pizza takeaway from this establishment. Loved the food, just a word of advice, when you say an hour, that’s fine. But we did wait an hour and a half. Please just communicate with us that it will be a particular time. Will definitely try again.

I really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere. I am sure that the service is better than it was when I was there, it was very busy and then there was us girls a table of 20+ girls there for dinner. It Is not that the service was bad but it was slow very slow. Would I go there again absolutely the food was so so good and hopefully the service will be better when I go back.

Always have a lovely meal but have to say Eva, who served us tonight, was so lovely! She found us an outside table when we asked and we had such good coversation with her. She's an absolute delight!
