For me, Woolies is a great shop with great location. The staff i have encountered have always been extremely freindly, happy and always willing to help. The store has ample parking also. I have given a four star rating, mainly due to cost, as a full family shop is unfortunately quite expensive, otherwise great and today, the shelves were looking good and full.Now has a great, direct to boot loading area for on line purchase pick up.Thank you.

Super impressed with Woolworths Plainland. Today I collected my 1st online order to boot & was greeted by a lovely member of staff. Young Ethan was very friendly & fast getting my groceries out after I submitted the text to say I was parked. The quality of the fruit & veg was excellent and substitutes given were awesome! I'm very impressed & will continue to order online and pick up at store. Great job Plainland team.

Let down badly on my most recent trip yesterday. I was not able to find a clean trolley. I pulled out about twenty but the all contained garbage like discarded tissues, lolly wrappers old wet dockets etc. To make matters worse a lot of our regular products were missing and all prices were greatly inflated. Some items like cat food over 100% up in a month. The store and staff seemed somber and sad it was a dark and unsatisfying very expensive shop. I won't be rushing back as it was not worth the drive yesterday.

Always empty shelved. Store dirty and outside filthy. Checkouts rarely open. Pushy instore shoppers who just barge around with the carts.Staff never happy but after dealing with the manager Jamie, Iunderstand. He is completely the rudest person I ever met after 35 years experience in retail . Not goid enough Woolworths.

Not a bad woolies, never have much stuff marked down that is about to expire.If it is about to expire in a day they only mark it down by $2 on meat products, if it's diary then 50c or 70c off.

The placement of refuse bins and seating makes flow in and out obstructed. Inside is well presented and good lighting throughout. Staff are cheerful and friendly, please let them know ☺️
