Had the best time visiting the gardens. We had just popped in for a quick look and were met by one of the gentleman volunteers who gave us an impromptu tour! So knowledgeable with lots of interesting tidbits told along the way, even got to try some salt bush and stopped to smell the lemongrass and peppermint gum.

The labyrinth is fun for all ages. Not much meditating with my lot, who ended up racing around it!

I always love visiting the Bush gardens, great variety of Austrakian plants. It is especially beautiful during SALA with numerous artworks dispersed throughout the garden.

I’ve been recovering from Covid and thus have needed easy places to amble around. The Barossa Bushgardens are excellent - lots of curving pathways, places to pause and sit, informational signs, sculpture, and lots of accessibility. I learned just how many gorgeous native Ngadjuri plants there are that I could be encouraging in my own backyard… once I have the energy to dig holes again!
